We do not apologize for these costs; we document them in detail. If our pricing does not align with your expectations, our product is not for you.

The Dispatch is our primary communication channel. By subscribing to the Dispatch, you agree to receive regular correspondence (typically 1-2 emails per week) featuring content, stories, updates, and product offers. Subscription is free.

ECOMMERCE OPERATIONS
5.1 Product Availability & Descriptions
Products are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We describe products with precise detail regarding origin, materials, processing method, and artisan/maker information. Product photographs are unretouched and represent actual inventory. We will not artificially enhance or edit product images. Slight variations in color, texture, and patina are normal and reflect the handmade or artisanal nature of our products.
Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Tax will be applied according to your location at checkout.
Orders & Confirmation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until we send you a confirmation email with an order number. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product is no longer available
- Quality concerns discovered during final inspection
- Concerns about fraudulent or suspicious ordering activity
- Inability to source the product ethically
If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment in full within 10 business days.
Payment
We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. By providing payment information, you represent that you are the authorized user of that payment method and that you have funds or credit available to complete the transaction.
Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
Pre-Orders & Timelines
Many products are offered as pre-orders. When you place a pre-order, you are agreeing to wait for production, sourcing, processing, and shipment to be completed before receiving your item. Expected timelines are provided in product descriptions, but these are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:
- Artisan or supplier delays
- Quality control issues requiring re-sourcing
- Customs or import delays
- Force majeure events beyond our control
We will communicate any significant delays via email. You may request a full refund of your pre-order at any time before shipment. Once a product has shipped, it is subject to our return policy.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, or local carriers depending on destination. Shipping timelines are provided during checkout but are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. Customs delays are the customer's responsibility to resolve with local authorities.
Once an order ships, we will provide a tracking number via email. We recommend signature confirmation for valuable orders, though it is not required.
Risk of Loss
Products are at your risk once they ship. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for orders over $500. If a product is lost or damaged in transit, file a claim with the carrier directly. We will assist with documentation, but are not liable for carrier-caused loss.
Duty to Inspect
Upon receipt, inspect your order immediately for damage or defects. You have 5 calendar days from receipt to report any issues. After 5 days, we will assume the product arrived in acceptable condition. Do not use or modify the product if you plan to return it.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Return Policy
Dry Market Asia offers returns under the following conditions:
Returnable Items:
- Products that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described
- Pre-orders that are cancelled by customer before shipment
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been used, worn, or modified
- Products that show signs of normal wear or use
- Products returned after 30 days of receipt
- Final sale items clearly marked as such at time of purchase
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling or negligence
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at returns@fozzard.asia with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return shipping instructions and a return label (cost covered by us for defective items; customer pays for returns due to change of mind, unless we provide a return label)
- Ship the item back in its original condition with all original packaging
- We will inspect the returned item and issue a refund within 10 business days of receipt
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
Damage & Defects
If a product arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and packaging immediately and email us at returns@fozzard.asia. We will arrange a replacement or refund. If the damage is the result of carrier negligence, we will work with the carrier to file a claim and provide you with a replacement during the claims process.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before shipment for a full refund. Once a pre-order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and will appear in your account within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3-5 business days to process the refund.
PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS
Wooden Carvings
Carved figures, and other wooden items are handmade artisan objects. Each piece is unique and will vary slightly in grain, patina, color, and finishing. These variations are not defects—they are evidence of authenticity.
Wooden items may shift, crack, or warp over time due to changes in humidity and temperature. This is normal for natural wood and does not constitute a defect. We recommend:
- Keeping pieces away from direct sunlight and heat sources
- Maintaining moderate humidity (40-60%)
- Rotating pieces to ensure even weathering if displayed
- Oiling periodically to maintain patina
We provide care instructions with each shipment. Damage resulting from improper care is not covered by our return policy.
Coffee & Dried Goods
Coffee and dried goods are perishable products. We source in small batches to ensure freshness. Once received:
- Store coffee in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture
- Use within 6 months of roasting date for optimal flavor
- Store dried goods in cool, dry conditions
- Do not return items that have been opened
Coffee is roasted to order. Once roasted, it is a final sale item. If there is a quality issue (e.g., rancid, moldy, infested), we will replace it at no cost. Report issues within 10 days of receipt.
Textiles & Woven Goods
Handwoven textiles may require careful handling. We provide washing and care instructions with each shipment. Colors may fade naturally over time with exposure to light and washing. This is a normal characteristic of natural dyes and plant fibers.
We do not accept returns for color fading, minor shrinkage, or wear that results from normal use.
Items Subject to Import Regulations
Some products (particularly wooden items with protected wood species) are subject to CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species) or Lacey Act regulations. All items shipped are compliant with these regulations. However, import laws vary by country. It is your responsibility to verify that any item is legal to import into your jurisdiction.
We will provide all CITES documentation and export permits with shipments that require them. If your country's customs blocks an item, we will work with you to arrange a refund.
LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dry Market Asia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Platform or purchase of products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
No Warranties

CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Acceptable Use
By using the Platform, you agree not to:

- Harvest, scrape, or automatically access content from our site without permission
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the Platform

- Good Faith Negotiation: We will respond within 10 business days and work with you in good faith to reach a resolution
- Escalation: If unresolved after 30 days, either party may escalate to formal dispute resolution
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action, class arbitration, or any collective proceeding. You waive the right to participate in class actions against Dry Market Asia.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dry Market Asia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising from:
